SINA MAGHSOODNIA

Sina has trained and competed across the United States, Germany and England. At every step, he saw the same gap: athletes outside the top academy system are expected to manage their training, nutrition, mental performance, footage and outreach alone.

He started sportnet.ai to turn the support available to elite players into something every athlete can carry with them. His playing experience keeps the product grounded in the daily reality of trying to improve and get seen.

Participant Coordinator · United Nations Global Compact

Elena leads the legal and people side of sportnet.ai. Her work focuses on building the policies, operating practices and team foundations needed to grow without losing sight of athlete rights, trust and accountability.

At the United Nations Global Compact, she coordinates participant support, works with executive stakeholders on sustainability initiatives, and leads cross-team data analysis to improve visibility on organizational goals.

Elena earned her B.A. in Political Science and English Literature from New York University, graduating magna cum laude. Her background spans international policy, human rights, research, editorial leadership and direct client support.
