By texting the Coach or using sportnet.ai, the athlete agrees to these terms.

## Eligibility

sportnet.ai is for athletes aged 18 and over.

## What sportnet.ai is

sportnet.ai is an independent AI coaching and outreach platform. It is not a
sports agent, does not demand or negotiate transfer fees, and does not
guarantee trials, contracts, or club outcomes.

## Athlete approval

No message, profile, or clip is sent to a club or third party without the
athlete's explicit approval for that send.

## Free access

Coach and Advocate access is free for the founding cohort while the product is
being built. Athletes will be told in advance if that changes for their account.

## Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another athlete, submit false performance data, or attempt to
contact clubs outside the platform's approval flow.
